The check-in process was straightforward. The communication prior to my arrival was effective.
The laundry app registration demanded an excessive amount of personal information, and I consider this unacceptable. I was also charged extra for city tax after I had already settled the bill. This is unacceptable. The management needs to improve its transparency regarding strict rules and regulations.

My visit was great. the room had good facilities, and i found the hotel without problems. the staff proved friendly and helpful (always a plus). i especially liked the gym and laundry area, equipped for community use. I even got coffee from the vending facilities. the rooms are well-designed, providing everything i needed.
The absence of a traditional reception can feel impersonal. Everything is quite digital.

the hotel enjoys good transport connections to many directions, particularly to the airport. the train station is just around the corner. access to the airport is only a mere 25 minutes away (this is really handy).
