I thought the room was spacious and well maintained. The customer service was efficient. My requests were addressed and fulfilled quite quickly. It's about a 15-minute walk from main attractions. I loved that the refrigerator was very BIG!!!

The only slight negative is the parking situation. I would love more options.

Laundry facilities were available for guest use, and they included all necessary soaps and extras. This. Luggage storage provided extra ease both before check-in and after checkout, a great help. Security measures seemed very adequate.

The apartment had a full kitchen. It offered the convenience of preparing my own meals. The refrigerator was very big, providing ample space for storing groceries. Several stores were also located nearby.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and comfortable. A smart TV let me stream my shows. The provided earplugs also ensured a quiet night's sleep. The provided noise machine was AMAZING!!!

I had some issues . the heater was loud. It made it difficult to sleep. also, i didn't feel very safe because i saw random people entering the building, and there seemed to be no accountability for delivered packages. (i know what the fine print says, but some help for international travelers would be good).

The room had a functional kitchen. It had utensils like knives.

I was disappointed that the wifi didn't work for a full day. That was frustrating. deliveries were also a problem because of the rules. i won't recommend this brand again.
