I had such a wonderful stay. The MRT station across the road was super convenient. I could easily explore. The rooftop pool was a total highlight, offering a great way to unwind after sightseeing. I even stored my luggage after checkout and could still use hotel facilities.
The water pressure was unfortunately quite low. It impacted the shower experience negatively.

Mr. Hussain helped us a lot! The location is close to the metro station. Many facilities are also nearby. The mosque is located downstairs, next to the hotel's main gate. The pool had a shallow section for children and a lap pool. It also had great showers!
The hotel did not provide water bottles. Instead, they had a water filter. I was not able to find clear instructions on how to use the water filter

I found a grocery store that was within a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. It offered many good food options. A Korean supermarket is about a 5-minute walk toward the direction of Little India. It has cheaper prices.

The rooftop pool is not very large. it's adequate for light recreation, remember to bring swimming suits. The gym is small and includes several machines such as treadmills. The 5th floor has a laundry room.

The front desk staff was helpful. They were very polite! May, at reception, was especially cute. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage while we enjoyed the pool area and the showers after checkout.

The apartment had a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, electric pot, and even an oven. Basic amenities are provided. These have been well-thought-out. The bathroom had a jet washer. I even got a bathtub!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the air conditioning worked perfectly, a huge plus in this climate. i really appreciated the water cooler in the lobby. It was definitely a lifesaver on hot days.
