apartment layout balcony addition helpful service
I really liked the apartment style layout. It felt very spacious. the balcony was a nice addition. I used it every day. the front desk staff offered prompt and helpful service!
The gym could use some mats. Weights dropped on the floor create quite a noise.

sweet apartment stay!
easy check-in awesome pool in-suite laundry
check-in was seriously easy i just followed the steps i got. the pool and gym were awesome i used them both every day. having laundry in the suite was a big plus for me i packed light.
the kitchen stuff was basic i wished there were a few more things for cooking.

the apartment had everything i needed. the location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions. free coffee in the mornings was a nice perk.
the automated key delivery system was a little difficult to use. it took some time to figure out the parking app. noise from outside the hotel was noticeable at times.

The apartment was spacious. It included everything we needed. The location worked great. I walked ten minutes to Broadway. The pool and facilities stood out. I liked the pool area. The room size was nice. It felt clean.
I had a little trouble finding the front door. This happened because of a tucked-away side street.

Reception staff demonstrated availability, though operated under reduced hours. When present, staff showed helpfulness to guests needing assistance or direction. The reception closes each day at 9pm.

i really appreciated the apartment style room it featured laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. i also found the gym very satisfactory providing a variety of equipment for a good workout. the check in and check out process was simple to follow using lock boxes which gave me independence.
the hallways seemed to accumulate rubbish frequently detracting from the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

I found the location really convenient. It was close to broadway. the room i had was very spacious! it also included a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. i definitely appreciated that.
the sound insulation wasn't the best. i could hear noises from outside, a bit annoying at times.
