Santiago Guesthouse Hiroshima has a shared kitchen on the 6th floor with a large fridge and cooking equipment. The shared lounge and TV area on the same floor invites guests to interact with each other. Security lockers in the rooms and a safety deposit box at the front desk store valuables.

Air-conditioned private rooms and dormitories with bunk beds are available, including family rooms. A coin washing machine and dryer are located on the 4th floor. Heating and a lift operate throughout the building, and all rooms are non-smoking.
