The room included a small desk and adequate lighting for working. I appreciated this. the lobby always had complimentary coffee available, convenient. It was especially nice in the mornings. the location proved ideal for exploring chinatown with easy access to multiple subway lines. i also enjoyed the diverse selection of nearby restaurants and shops, so finding something new was easy.
i found the soundproofing between rooms to be a little lacking.

The reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was swift and efficient. I was quite pleased with the smooth beginning. they also provided useful information about local amenities and directions upon request so getting around was easy.

The hotel has complimentary coffee in the lobby at all times. This was particularly convenient for early mornings. a selection of newspapers was also available in the lobby, though i did not use them, i noted they were available.

The walls felt paper thin. I heard every cough and conversation from the hallway! it made relaxation quite difficult, especially with early morning noise. and the shower, oh the shower, took an eternity to warm up. i nearly froze waiting for lukewarm water each morning. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the hotel is in chinatown near the manhattan bridge. metro stations are close, and a bus stop is right in front (very convenient!). my room featured complimentary coffee and water. the staff were also very nice.
I think the walls are thin. I could hear noise from the hallway. i had to use earplugs (luckily, i had some). a longer stay would have been difficult.

there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel (always a plus!). it made finding a place to eat very easy. i tried a few different cuisines.

The staff was friendly and helpful. they helped me with directions. there was coffee and snacks in my room. This was convenient. the location was good. I felt safe.
the temperature control was not working. the room got very warm during some nights. there was a view of a wall next door. the windows was dirty.
