Great Location and Helpful Staff
friendly staff great recommendation outdoor patio
The staff was very friendly. I received great recommendations for nearby food. The room had robes and extra toiletries, useful. I liked the outdoor patio area. It was nice to sit there in the afternoon.
The indoor pool access was limited. It could only be used when the spa was not booked.

the location was pretty acceptable as i could get around without too much trouble.
The breakfast situation STUNK. They gave vouchers for a nearby restaurant, but honestly, the value wasn't there at all. i seemed like i should've just grabbed something from a bakery instead of going through that again. total tourist trap.

The location was great I could walk to many shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The bed was comfortable I slept well each night.
The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures I expected. The breakfast selection was quite limited I wished there was more variety. I could hear noise from the hallway it was disruptive at times.

The location was excellent! the hotel is near many restaurants and bars. the staff were helpful and friendly. i liked the rooftop area. It was great, though the pool was small.
the room i had was right next to the lobby, and the noise at night was annoying. i could hear people talking loudly, and it was hard to sleep sometimes! this was not ideal, but everything else was great.

The staff answered questions and arranged transfers. That was quite convenient.
I found the tv channels to be quite limited. There was no abc for example and i found this disappointing for international guests.
