The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro. I could easily leave my luggage after checkout (very handy!).
The bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable. It made showering a little challenging (I'm not a small person!).

The Family Room had three beds and was generally clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a big plus, especially on warmer days. I found the room adequate for my needs.

The staff was lovely, showing genuine warmth . I was upgraded to a family room, which gave me extra space. Daily cleaning kept everything nice. The quiet room added to the peace of my getaway.
The bathroom WAS a bit smaller than expected. Not terrible, just compact.
