the staff was very helpful. i particularly loved the hot pool with the mountain view.. it was very nice. dinner in the restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks. underground parking was free and convenient

i loved the outdoor hot tubs. the reception staff were very helpful. fresh coffee was available every day. the location allows walking to restaurants. bus passes are provided for transportation.

i found hairs from previous guests in the room. the damage deposit fee was large after paying online.
