uncomfortable arrival poor service
the staff was friendly and helpful .
The airport transfer arranged by the hotel was problematic. the taxi driver argued about the price and demanded cash. This created a very uncomfortable arrival experience. i expected better coordination and professionalism from the hotel's service.

fantastic selection friendly staff comfortable bed lack windows significant smell shower drain
the breakfast had a fantastic selection. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room and bed was comfortable. they really made mornings nice.
my room lacked windows to the outside. the only openings were to a light well from the bathroom. there was a drain smell in the bathroom. this seemed to come from the shower drain.

A Charming Stay
pleasant staff excellent breakfast easy access pleased group
The staff were pleasant. They offered helpful directions. Breakfast was excellent. The pancakes stood out, a delicious start to each day. The hotel's location allows easy access to the metro. The metro ride to Acropolis was quick. Our group had four rooms and everyone was pleased with the hotel.
There was just one minor thing, finding an additional towel hanger in the bathroom would have been useful.

My room was spacious and very clean. The facilities included everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The contemporary design created a comforting atmosphere and a good experience for me.

acceptable stay, but some issues arose
faulty air conditioning drain odor
The location was quite good. It allowed easy access to the surrounding area.
I booked a double room, but it lacked a proper window. It only opened to a light well in the bathroom (the room itself became stuffy). the air conditioning unit did not work. I was told the hotel controlled the temperature centrally, and winter heating was on, even though it was warm outside. this made sleeping difficult. the bathroom had a noticeable drain odor too.
