some issues with noise and amenities
terrible noise inconvenient hairdryer
the staff was very kind and helpful
the street noise was terrible i could barely sleep even with earplugs the hotel provided a hairdryer wasn't available in my room i had to ask for one at reception and return it after each use this was quite inconvenient the area felt unsafe especially at night

comfortable beds helpful staff
the room was exactly as depicted. Everything was new and meticulously clean. The staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness, especially amr, he helped me sort out my bag which was lost by the airline. clean room also featured comfortable beds and a very good shower.

constant traffic disruptive sound
The room was clean and met my standards.
The noise was a significant issue. I had trouble sleeping because of the constant traffic. The hotel provided earplugs, but the sound remained disruptive, even on the higher floors.
