i found the subway station so close, it was right at the hotel entrance. nearby local restaurants and many tourist sites were a treasure. i enjoyed the nightlife scene, with many 'pochas', restaurants, and bars along the street. the hotel gave such a convenient stay.

the elevator wait times felt a bit too long sometimes, and my room's air conditioning could have been more consistent.

Excellent Hotel Experience!

The room was spacious. The layout with the bed next to the window and the TV in front created a cozy feel. I appreciated the inclusion of necessary streaming apps, such as Netflix, on the TV. The standard checkout time of 12 PM was very convenient, and I found the luggage storage locker facility in the basement quite useful. I enjoyed that the window partially opened, allowing fresh air in.

The elevator wait times were a bit long at times.

the location was easy to find and spacious

the proximity to the nightlife was right outside the door i found it interesting but annoying i chose the hotel out of brand loyalty and regret it the room was smaller than advertised

loud music small room

the room was smaller than expected, i found the constant loud music in the lobby disruptive. a lot of noise from the room above was also disruptive when cleaning was done. i chose this location based on the location, but there are many others nearby with similar access.

i found the subway access very easy. there were many shops near. the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent support with directions. the beautiful triple room was spacious and clean. i am so thankful to had a great stay.

the music in the elevators played too loud. it made me felt a little uncomfortable sometimes. i wish it was quieter in that area.

FABULOUS stay in the city!

perfect location spacious rooms helpful staff

The location was PERFECT. The metro station is just outside the hotel. The area offers many restaurants and shops. I REALLY appreciated the spacious rooms. The design included thoughtful details, such as wall-mounted items. The staff helped retrieve important lost items before our departure.

The elevator wait times were sometimes long, and the key cards occasionally malfunctioned.

The staff speaks english WELL. The staff members were kind and helpful, ensuring needs were promptly met. SENA stood out. ALL staff demonstrated proficiency in English, facilitating easy communication. They went out of their way to assist with taxi bookings.
