“From what I've gathered, the real advantage here is the profound sense of calm and order, largely due to consistently spotless common areas and a quiet atmosphere among guests. It strikes me as a place where comfort and practicality meet exceptionally well, especially with the surprising quality of the shared facilities and the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and water. This thoughtful upkeep, combined with a good location a short walk from a park, certainly makes it stand out for value.”
