great location friendly staff safe neighborhood no lift tea facilities stairs access
The location was great. It was very clean and the staff was friendly! I was given a map and oriented to local spots I might want to visit. The neighborhood felt SAFE.
Our room was on the 5th floor and there was no lift. Navigating the stairs to go out was difficult. There were no tea making facilities in the room. The communal kitchen was on the ground floor, which I couldn't easily access due to the stairs.

Superb Stay!
central location helpful suggestions comfy bed
The location is fantastic. It's super central and makes getting around so easy. The staff are lovely. They gave great suggestions for local spots, I really appreciated that. The bed in my room was very comfy, I had great sleep!
The walls are somewhat thin. I did hear some noise from other guests.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor noise isolation limited breakfast
I found some issues that detracted from the experience. there was no elevator. A significant inconvenience when hauling luggage up several floors. the noise isolation was poor. I clearly heard conversations from neighboring rooms, impacting my sleep quality. the limited breakfast options were disappointing too. I wished for more variety.
