The room was not up to par. the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, lacked proper ventilation, and its size and amenities were inadequate. also, the cleaning was insufficient. This needs to be addressed . i found these issues disappointing, especially considering the hotel's rating.

The air conditioning did not work . The front desk kept saying a technician was coming, it did not happen. The television kept shutting off. There were only about four channels in French. The television turned off every 30 minutes, it was annoying
