The hotel has a convenient location near St Laurent BLVD and several bus stops. I appreciated the included breakfastwith pastries and traditional Quebec foods. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I found the atmosphere quiet, awesome for restful nights.

Fantastic stay!

The staff provided excellent service and promptly stored my luggage before check-in. The provided breakfast included hard-boiled eggs and a selection of artisan breads. I found great recommendations for nearby dining and entertainment from the concierge. The staff also helped me keep my insulin cool. I appreciated that a lot.
There was no elevator to reach the upper floors, which required carrying luggage up the stairs.

the location was very accessible. plenty of places offered food options nearby. the building had charming architecture and a lovely decor. i liked the breakfast area and took advantage of the complimentary coffee.
my room faced a street. the soundproofing was not good, so i heard traffic all night.

a french inspired buffet offered boiled eggs, sausage, pastries, and bread. coffee, tea, and orange juice were available. carol, the breakfast host, was very friendly. she offered taking pictures of guests during breakfast.
