convenient location included breakfast friendly staff quiet atmosphere
The hotel has a convenient location near St Laurent BLVD and several bus stops. I appreciated the included breakfastwith pastries and traditional Quebec foods. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I found the atmosphere quiet, awesome for restful nights.

My room was spacious, well maintained and included necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. I appreciate the attention to detail and upkeep. Everything was well-organized.

The hotel enjoys a very convenient location. The proximity to bus stops is a significant advantage. This made accessing different areas simple. It eliminated the necessity for long walks or complicated transfers. Several attractions are easy to reach from here.

Fantastic stay!
excellent service artisan bread helpful concierge accommodating staff
The staff provided excellent service and promptly stored my luggage before check-in. The provided breakfast included hard-boiled eggs and a selection of artisan breads. I found great recommendations for nearby dining and entertainment from the concierge. The staff also helped me keep my insulin cool. I appreciated that a lot.
There was no elevator to reach the upper floors, which required carrying luggage up the stairs.

The staff provided baggage storage before check-in, VERY helpful. The concierge offered good recommendations for local restaurants. Staff members were always available to answer questions and provide directions throughout my stay.

accessible location charming architecture breakfast area
the location was very accessible. plenty of places offered food options nearby. the building had charming architecture and a lovely decor. i liked the breakfast area and took advantage of the complimentary coffee.
my room faced a street. the soundproofing was not good, so i heard traffic all night.

a french inspired buffet offered boiled eggs, sausage, pastries, and bread. coffee, tea, and orange juice were available. carol, the breakfast host, was very friendly. she offered taking pictures of guests during breakfast.

the hosts provided details about local sights. they marked best routes on a map. staff was warm, friendly and helpful and made every effort to help with every request. nothing was too hard for them.
