Fantastic Stay!!!
luxurious gown convenient slippers free popcorn
The room had amazing touches! I loved the gown and slippers. The availability of popcorn and the use of the kitchen with tea and coffee were also super convenient. I would definitely recommend it, everything was wonderful!
I noticed the external entrance door and steps could use some attention. The surrounding pavement had some litter. This could be addressed to improve the initial impression.

small bed early morning noise
the staff was attentive and cute.
the noise was a HUGE problem. i faced the back, and the management said it's downtown so earplugs were provided. i don't want to be awoken at 7am on a weekend away!!! the bed was too small too.

spacious bathroom comfortable bed fresh croissant
i appreciated the room size. the bathroom was also spacious. the bed was very comfortable, and i liked the coat hooks. i found the croissants in the morning good and fresh.
The external entrance had some dirt. The surrounding pavement was not as clean as i'd expect.

the hotel is in a fantastic location. it is touristy, convenient, yet pretty quiet. restaurants and shops are a few minutes walk. the waterfront is also easily accessible from the hotel.

great location nice coffee machine loud truck sleep difficulty
the location was great. simple check-in instructions were very helpful. a nice coffee machine was available in the room.
the garbage trucks were outside every morning. they came between 6:30 and 7:00 am. i found this to be very loud and annoying. sleep was difficult.

I loved the room size and the big bathroom, it was modern and very clean. The kitchen included a rangette, plates, glasses and utensils. The building location is central, it's easy to reach local amenities. Initial communication via whatsapp was good.
