Excellent location and service
friendly staff old architecture convenient location
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The older architecture of the hotel was charming. I loved the location since it was close to the convention center (very handy for my meetings). There were many restaurants within walking distance that served great texas food.
I noticed the hotel feels a bit neglected with the furniture looking a little tired, showing its age.

There were many dining options nearby, offering diverse cuisines and experiences. I particularly enjoyed the variety of choices within a short walk (I could try something new each night!).

The hotel provided valet parking. This made arrivals and departures very smooth. I appreciated the convenience, especially with luggage.

perfect location basic necessities
the location was great I could walk to many places. the bed was comfy it had the basic necessities I needed
the air conditioner took a while to cool down it was around 75° outside. there was a designated smoking area but no bench and no ashtray

the hotel included a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes as well as free weights. a business center provided computer access and printing services needing to work. complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby during the morning hours.

speedy service attentive staff spacious room
The valet service was speedy and convenient. The staff greeted me with smiles and were attentive to my needs. My room was surprisingly large. I had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bedding reminded me of a cloud. I slept soundly each night.
The fitness center equipment showed some wear.

beautiful architecture high floor central location comfortable bedding
i liked the architecture it looked nice. the staff helped get me a high floor room. the location was very central i could walk anywhere. the room was spacious and had comfortable bedding perfect after a long day.
the hotel is slightly older and could use some updates but it did not impact my stay.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. they gave good tips about local attractions. i also got a quick response to any questions i had .

there is a coffee shop available downstairs. starbucks is also just across the street. this made getting coffee each morning very easy and convenient for me it was quick.

the gym is open 24 hours a day this is very convenient. i used the gym early each morning before my meetings. it helped start my day off right with exercise.
