the location was super convenient! the mrt station is really close. I found the bed comfortable. The room felt very clean and well-kept, which I especially appreciated. I liked the tv with netflix and youtube.
the reception called my room late at night. this was about a minor issue that could have waited until morning. the timing of the call was disruptive. it woke me up.

The MRT station is very close, a real plus. They consistently provided free water bottles. Room cleaning and fresh towels were prompt. I liked that.
The blankets were quite itchy, which caused a skin reaction. Windows are single glazed so street noise was constant. No curtain on the window let the morning sun in.

the location was near the MRT station it was steps away. the room i had was modern, clean and also spacious. i could walk about 20-30 minutes to chinatown and the grand palace.
the blankets i used were itchy. i had a bad skin reaction. the windows are single glazed and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise.
