The staff were kind. Kithmini was attentive, so i felt welcome and cared for. The hotel had been renovated, so it felt modern. The bathroom was nice. The location was perfect, central for everything i needed.
Breakfast was offered to compensate.

The room was clean, and I felt generally safe (which is important). The location is great for accessing the Metro. The staff members were helpful and friendly.
The room was small. There was nearly no lobby. The breakfast is served in a place without windows, and the options seemed basic.

the hotel was very clean and the rooms smelled amazing, i found this very cute. the location was also great for getting around (i walked most places!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.
the room was quite small, especially with luggage.
