The hotel sits near the Miami River, offering excellent views from many rooms. It is easy to explore the area since several restaurants are within walking distance. Valet service made getting my car quick, especially thanks to Jean Baptiste. Staff followed up after check-in to ensure everything was good with the room.
My room faced office buildings and a bar, so it was a little noisy.

The hotel includes a pool deck.. its location provides views, especially at sunrise. There is a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

The front desk staff provides cheerful assistance even at late hours. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the morning. Thomas at the main reception was happy to help and always smiling.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the surrounding area.
the valet service was very slow. i waited over 40 minutes for my car. there was no explanation for the delay, even though it seemed like the valet wasnt busy at all. i wont be using their parking service again.

the valet service was a mess. i waited almost half an hour for my car. it seems they were understaffed and disorganized then, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found some hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. it makes me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.

I found the valet service quite fast. It also proved very convenient. Valets saved me the difficulty of finding parking.. They were nice and attentive. Jean Baptiste assisted with placing bags in the car and offered a courteous farewell.
I did not like that check in was unavailable at 4 pm. This was annoying after my flight. I did not get a text informing me when the room became ready. The main issue was the pool. It seemed open for anyone to access it from the public..
