great shower excellent gym delicious restaurants

The room had a great shower I appreciated that detail. The gym had equipment better than most hotels I have visited and it was free. The location had many restaurants and bars nearby some holding Michelin stars too.

The check-in process used an app that did not work very well I had to use an iPad instead.

mixed feelings about this hotel

room cleaning small room

I found the lack of regular room cleaning quite disappointing. despite staying multiple nights, my room wasn't cleaned, and trash wasn't removed. the room size was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was noticeably cold. It was not comfortable. i do not think i would stay here again.

bright room spacious room perfect location difficult check-in terrible air app problem

Our room was super bright. It was also very spacious, so romantic! I loved all the drawers that provided storage for toiletries in the bathroom. Location was perfect. It was a little bit away from the main town center, but still easy to access.

The check-in process seemed a disaster, I thought. They tried to get us to check in through their app, but it would not work. It would have been easier if the staff member just checked us in like a normal hotel. The air conditioning was also terrible. It blew directly on me when I was sleeping.
