i found the room to be somewhat dim. it affected the overall cozy feel.

My room on the 24th floor provided views overlooking the port area. The hotel service responded quickly to my requests. My room was clean. The location offers easy access to the metro. Many attractions are within walking distance. Concierge showed generosity and gave helpful information.
I had issues with the speed of check-in during peak hours. The front desk seemed understaffed. I waited an unreasonable amount of time. This delay was frustrating after a long trip.
