friendly reception spacious room key system uninformed staff

the reception was friendly. the chosen room was spacious. it had a modern shower and a tiny bathtub. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

my room key system did not work well. the front desk staff seemed uninformed about this issue. they happily told guests to keep trying, though there was a delay on the system.

the location is amazing with easy access to the metro. the orange line provides access to main attractions. the hotel staff offered great choices for sites and nearby restaurants.

i found the room to be somewhat dim. it affected the overall cozy feel.

My room on the 24th floor provided views overlooking the port area. The hotel service responded quickly to my requests. My room was clean. The location offers easy access to the metro. Many attractions are within walking distance. Concierge showed generosity and gave helpful information.

I had issues with the speed of check-in during peak hours. The front desk seemed understaffed. I waited an unreasonable amount of time. This delay was frustrating after a long trip.
