the comfort twin room had two single beds as requested. i was on the sixth floor and windows opened for fresh air it was wonderful. self check in and self check out was available. everything was clean and i found the beds comfortable.
i found the reception worker was not very friendly i had to wait to get my room ready.

I was charmed by the hotel's proximity to the main train station. This made travel effortless! Check-in was seamless at the automated kiosks, which streamlined the process. The room included a kettle, so I was able to make tea whenever I wanted. The staff happily provided extra tea upon request!
The immediate area surrounding the hotel felt a little sketchy at night, I didn't feel 100% safe alone.

The room size felt good to me and there are plenty of restaurants close to the place. I loved the breakfast. It did not disappoint. I found a large variety of options and flavors to choose from.
The express check-in put all the responsibility on us. Payment must be made upon arrival! I find that a little rigid. Our room wasn't cleaned one day even though we requested for it to be done every day. The location is right next to the central station, I noticed many strange people roam around on the street.
