Convenient Parking Experience

Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient parking available right on Market Street. The valet staff was incredibly helpful, especially Hector, who assisted me in finding a spot multiple times during my stay. This made my experience so much easier, especially in a busy area.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a very comfortable large bed that I still miss! The cleanliness was great and it felt welcoming. I appreciated the overall good design and functionality of the room, even though I would suggest adding USB charging ports to enhance convenience.

Breakfast Needs Improvement

The breakfast experience was quite disappointing, which I truly hoped would be better given the positive mention of it in Hyatt Place properties. The grab-and-go bags contained very basic items that did not meet expectations and made me feel like I wasn't getting the intended hotel experience.

Great Entertainment Setup

I really enjoyed the large TV in my room which added to my comfort during downtime. It was perfect for winding down after exploring the area. The clarity and size definitely made my stay more enjoyable and it was a welcome addition to the room features.
