loved the Hoxton experience
great vibe friendly staff refreshing water
i found the complimentary water very refreshing it was a lovely touch. the hotel had a great vibe and was impeccably clean. the staff impressed me with their friendliness and readiness to assist with any request.
the snug room felt a bit small and lacked space under the bed for luggage storage i struggled to fit everything comfortably.

a dreamy escape!
wonderful amenities warm space thoughtful design
the hotel provided wonderful amenities. i especially loved the warm, thoughtfully designed details. the staff surprised us with champagne and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary, it was very tender. we appreciated their kindness very much!
i found the location a bit unsafe, and that's a shame. it's filled with homeless individuals, and it made me uncomfortable. encounters with people yelling were common, and i felt unsafe stepping outside.

the staff was helpful in suggesting things to do nearby. i appreciated the nice decor in the rooms. the rooftop restaurant was lively and lovely.
the area around the hotel felt a bit rough. it was quite poorly laid out in such a small room. i found little space under the bed for my suitcase.
