The hotel staff was helpful and nice! They gave restaurant recommendations. The interiors looked very good with an elevator, though small. The room was very clean and well lit for the price. Towels were provided.
The area around the hotel was a bit loud at night, and I could hear everything.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was acceptable.
The area outside felt unsafe at night. I wouldn't walk alone. there were visible signs of drug use nearby. also, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

some issues impacted the stay
broken air-conditiondangerous neighborhood
The air conditioning didn't work properly. I had to keep the window open constantly. this resulted in mosquitoes getting into the room since there was no screen. also, the neighborhood felt quite dangerous at night. the room did not match the photos online.

The basic essentials were lacking in the bathroom. There was no soap dish in the shower.
