The elevator was small. It was among the smallest I have ever seen. there were no hooks in the bathroom. It was a bit annoying because I couldn't hang the towels to dry properly. I wish they had thought about this simple addition.

I had a spacious room and bathroom on the ground floor. Staff was helpful and present 24/7. Luggage storage was available. a common washroom helped on my late flight day. Basic amenities included a safe, kettle, complimentary biscuits, tea, and coffee. The hotel located in a good and safe neighborhood.
