cigarette smell poor wifi

the location was very central and close to metro stations. there were opera houses, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. the staff seemed very cute and helpful. they went the extra mile with us.

the hotel smelled cigarettes everywhere.

The location was excellent for accessing transportation and nearby restaurants. The front desk staff assisted me with directions. The room was clean and had necessary amenities. I found the value appropriate for the service received.

clean room tiny fridge quiet room

i found my room to be very clean. a tiny fridge was available, allowing me to store drinks. i appreciated how quiet my street-side room was, though it faced the street.

The elevator broke so i had to carry luggage down the stairs. There was no help offered.

The location is AMAZING. It's super central and close to metro stations!!! shops, restaurants, and bars are all around! the staff are also cute and helpful. they really go the extra mile. I believe they will try their best for anyone. the room had everything i needed to.!!

the room i had generated a very strong moisture. it had a musty smell. i finally preferred to sleep with windows opened despite the temperature and noise.

i loved that the staff was really helpful. laeticia and marius at reception were very friendly. the room was also big and very clean. it was fully equiped.

the elevator did experience a moment of temporary malfunction.
