“Hotel 89 Yorkville's location is its strongest suit, putting guests right in the heart of Toronto. Past experiences suggest inconsistency, and recent feedback highlights issues with service and upkeep, which is concerning. I believe the hotel's potential is clear, but investment is needed to elevate the guest experience to match the prime location.”
