A stay with small issues
spacious room massive shower comfortable beds rude lady late checkout cash grab
I loved the spacious room. The shower was massive. The beds was comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch and the staff was happy to provide extras.
The reception lady was rude when I asked for a late checkout. She said I would have to pay for it if available. I found this disappointing after staying for a week. It seemed like an instant cash grab.

comfortable bed bottled water valet parking
The room was very clean and the bed felt super comfy. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The hotel location was also great. It was a short walk to many attractions. The valet parking made getting around easy.

The receptionists were friendly. They greeted guests upon arrival. Staff members helped with luggage and opened doors . One could always find assistance at the front entrance.

The location is near the Bridgestone Arena, convenient for concerts. Broadway is just around the corner. This makes the location ideal for accessing entertainment. It's also in a prime area.

valet only parking damage investigation
The rooftop pool was really nice.
The parking was valet only, I was not happy. I found damage to the front drivers side after they parked it. The claims team refused to investigate because I did not report the damage before I left. This is not acceptable since the valet opened the door for me and I did not see it immediately.
