i enjoyed my stay. the room had nice cleanliness. the hotel provided complimentary coffee. the breakfast menu also seemed nice.
the room felt too small. there was little space for bags. the sink lacked counter space.

cordial staff comfortable bed perfect location
the staff was very cordial! they addressed me by name when i came and went. the bed was comfortable and its location to george washington university was perfect. restaurants were close, a 20 minute walk led to the lincoln memorial, and the smith center at george washington university was directly across the street.
the shower wasn't really warm and upon inspection it couldn't get any warmer either.

helpful staff delicious pizza
The hotel staff was nice and helpful! I enjoyed the delicious pizza. It was unlike anything I have ever had. Affordable parking was really close to the premises, a HUGE relief. The public bus stop was also conveniently located right across the street.
The room had NO fridge or microwave, inconvenient. I would have liked to store some leftovers and heat them up later. It would have.

compact and convenient stay!
excellent location free coffee rooftop terrace
The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to major attractions. i also appreciated the free drip coffee available each morning. That was a nice touch. the rooftop terrace was amazing with great views, especially in the evenings.
the room was quite small, so storage space was limited.

The staff was accommodating to requests. cleanliness impressed me. The room and hotel overall were very clean. the hotel is about a 3 block walk to the metro. it is also a 5 block walk to the white house, very accessible.
i noticed the tvs weren't smart tvs. they didn't have screen mirroring accessible either. i ended up getting a fire stick from target. i did this so i could watch shows.

the location is convenient near the foggy bottom metro station and allows easy access to major attractions such as the lincoln memorial i appreciated the availability of umbrellas for unpredictable weather i found the staff consistently kind and helpful offering useful recommendations.
the room i stayed in was noticeably small limiting space for luggage or movement this could pose challenges with multiple bags or those requiring more living area
