Each floor contains only one room, providing privacy and space rarely found in Tokyo. Standard Twin Rooms and Standard Triple Rooms measure at least double the size of typical hotel rooms, with two double beds and room to open luggage. Rooms include a private bathroom with bidet and heated seat, a kettle, fridge, desk, and a tablet with weather forecast; televisions are not provided.

The hotel is 10 meters from Exit 5 of Kanda Station on the Ginza subway line, placing Tokyo Station 10 minutes away and Ueno two stops. Akihabara Electric Town is a 5-minute walk, and the historic Kanda district offers many local restaurants and a soba shop. Haneda Airport is 20 km away, and the Yamanote line is a 5-minute walk.

English-speaking staff assist with luggage at check-in and check-out, and can receive luggage shipped from other cities and deliver it to the room. After reception hours, entry is via a door code. Late check-out was granted for a guest to shower after a marathon before heading to the airport.

Only three rooms are available, so the hotel sells out quickly. The building has no elevator; guests on upper floors carry luggage up narrow stairs. The rooms feature tatami mats, wood, and concrete ceilings with modern lighting, and a yellow-leaved tree is visible from certain windows.
