Conveniently Located Stay
great location extensive range room upgrade attentive staff
The location is REALLY great near Orchard Road. The breakfast was varied. It presented an extensive range of food. I received an upgrade to a better room. EVERYTHING felt clean, and the staff seemed attentive.

The included breakfast HAS plenty of options for everyone. I especially liked the variety of pastries and fresh fruit. The breakfast location is in a connected building for easy access by all guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near MRT stations, made getting around very easy. I found easy access to shopping centres from the hotel. The bell staff were helpful with arranging transport to the airport.

The room was ALWAYS clean, a top priority. The cleaning personnel were quick to tidy the rooms on a daily basis. I had everything i needed .

great location helpful staff tasteful room missing sign high price early closure
The location is great for shopping. I could walk to many stores. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
The do not disturb sign was missing. The house cleaners disturbed me. the price was too high. It did not include breakfast. the pool area closed early at 8pm. I could not enjoy night views.
