charmed by the stay!
efficient receptionist smooth check-in attentive service
my check-in was smooth and fast. the receptionist was efficient and very helpful. i requested a room on a higher floor, and they accommodated that request. the bell service was very attentive, and they assisted me with my luggage to my room.
the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

convenient location helpful staff great variety
the location was very convenient. the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. the buffet offered many food options and my family enjoyed all the meals (i especially liked the desserts!).
the motion detection light near the doorway was too sensitive and triggered when the adjacent room's door opened.

the beautiful king room included a very comfortable bed. a smart tv with streaming options (like netflix and youtube) was available. the curtains and lights could be operated remotely making the ambiance very romantic.

helpful staff comfortable rooms nice pool
the staff was very kind to children. the rooms was comfortable. the POOL was comfortable too. i enjoyed the facilities.
the hotel did not have toothbrushes. there was also no comb available. the bathroom LACKED small products.

Staff showed professionalism. I got a room upgrade at check-in, it was unexpected. My room included multi-power sockets. There was a wireless charger too. The hotel is located near a subway station.
The room had no toothbrush. I had to ask for one at reception.

metro access friendly staff breakfast selection sensitive light air conditioning slow cool-down
The location is good. It is close to the metro. the staff were friendly, and i found them accommodating. the breakfast selection had good options.
The motion detection light near the doorway proved too sensitive. i found it turned on whenever the next room's door opened. the air conditioning system did not perform well. It stopped when i left the room. the room took a long time to cool down afterwards.
