Acceptable Stay but Some Disappointments
firm bed lumpy pillows
I found the bed to be too firm it lacked proper support. The pillows provided were lumpy these were not comfortable. the lack of complimentary water in the room was inconvenient I expected better.

a romantic getaway
convenient location great restaurant really good view comfortable bed
i found the hotel's location convenient, a mere two-minute stroll from the majestic castle. great restaurants were also nearby. the views around the area felt really good. the comfortable beds provided a restful sleep after long days exploring.
i noticed the absence of complimentary bottled water, which would have been a welcome addition, especially after a day of walking.

Staff provided prompt and attentive assistance at the front desk, addressing all inquiries with patience. turndown service ensured our room remained immaculate throughout our stay. Such attention to detail made all the difference. the team's commitment enhanced the experience.
