I found the hotel's location to be very convenient, with supermarkets just meters away. The valet staff were consistently friendly and helpful (always ready with a smile). My room was a Classic King Room, and the size was fantastic. supermarket proximity, friendly valet, fantastic room size

The reception offered fantastic service. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The valet parking team was warm and cute. I especially appreciated the attentive housekeeping, the room remained fresh and tidy.

The rooftop pool provided a nice area to relax, with a lifeguard on duty. I found the pool big enough for a decent swim. The hotel has changing rooms near the pool area.

the staff was helpful, I appreciated their quick response to my request for a non-smoking room.
The check-in process was not smooth. I had to wait longer than expected. also, our requested non-smoking rooms were initially smoking rooms. This caused inconvenience and required a room change.
