The staff provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I found them very thoughtful and always willing to go the extra mile. They seemed like a happy team. I reminded me of they were well taken care of and genuinely enjoyed their work. I really appreciated the clean, spacious room and the nice bathroom it offered.
The coffee machine was not working on a couple of occasions .

The room had a big closet and provided sufficient space for my belongings. The white linens and towels felt clean, I was happy about the daily housekeeping. I found the room quiet, which helped to have a good rest after my daily excursions.

The staff was very friendly (especially the manager!). They were always available to assist with directions and recommendations. I loved that they offer free coffee in the foyer, available 24/7.

The location is great with good walking distance to several attractions (Union Square, for example). Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even late at night.

The hotel's central location made exploring the city VERY easy. I only stayed for two nights but found it convenient for seeing the main sights. The bed in my room was also REALLY comfortable, so I slept well.
The parking situation near the hotel is a little tricky. I ended up parking at a nearby garage, safe but added to the overall cost.

The staff was nice and friendly. Check-in was smooth and quick, thanks to the keyless entry system via an app. This is convenient who tend to misplace physical keys and it's a VERY modern touch.

The coffee machine in the lobby made a cappuccino. The lobby offered a nice area to relax, and this was an added bonus for early mornings, before heading out to explore the area and enjoy other cafes.
