Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff
convenient location many attractions friendly staff discounted price
As a solo traveler, I found the location convenient. I was able to easily walk to many attractions (the Public Library is right across the street!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their smiles and positive attitude. Samir even gave me a discounted price!
The bathroom was small.

The hotel is situated in front of the Public Library, which offers a great environment. The location is within a short walking distance to the Waterfront with many restaurants. This area is optimal for strolls and enjoying the scenery (I did it every evening!).

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Valet parking is included, a great plus. I really liked this service and I did not need to worry about my car, especially during the night with the suspicious activity going around.

The beds were comfy. The rooms are clean. The showers have good pressure. I got a corner room with two windows (I really liked the view!) and I safe area under the blankets.

The hotel offers late check-out for an additional price of $20 an hour. This was a lifesaver as my flight wasn't until late in the evening. This allowed me to enjoy my last day without rushing.

The location was great, near the public library (very convenient).
I was frustrated that housekeeping was only once per week. If I wanted them to come more often, it cost an extra $40 each time. I think that is AWFUL.
