Super Downtown Spot!
helpful staff valet parking
The staff was helpful, and the valet parking guys were great! I arrived early and was able to check into my room. The hotel provided me with a couple of bottles of water. The room was of a good size. I would stay here again, it was charmed.
The hotel did not mention that rooms were not cleaned every day. On the second day, I needed to ask for fresh towels. I was advised rooms are cleaned every other day, what a detail!

The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff was consistently helpful . Valet parking services were efficient, and the valet attendants were always available. The hotel provided prompt assistance with any requests I had.

The hotel had a small fitness center on the second floor, I found it quite convenient. The room was equipped with a Keurig machine. I noticed a well-decorated balcony on the second floor too.

the location was perfect for attending concerts at peacock theater. i found the hotel very pretty and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
the breakfast was not the best on site.
