convenient stay
central location easy sightseeing helpful staff
the reception staff stored our luggage after checkout it was very helpful i found the location central to many attractions i booked a hop-on hop-off bus tour that was very close to the hotel it made sightseeing easy i also appreciated the proximity to the metro station.
the bathroom door did not close properly it would not fit in the frame and there was no lock

the hotel is near the nearest underground station access to public transport is straightforward shopping centres and coffee shops are also conveniently close it simplified exploring the area i liked this.

breakfast included bread and toppings options i ended up eating out to find more variety i didn't find many other dining options at the hotel i wanted more choices.

the staff was friendly and helpful the welcome from the reception was really nice i appreciated their assistance with directions and information they were very attentive.

the room included a tv air conditioning and toiletries the beds were comfortable and sockets were available i found the room quiet despite the area's activity levels it was relaxing.

wi-fi access was available but not always reliable it sometimes faltered especially in the evening i found this a minor inconvenience i was able to use it most of the time.

central location clean room sufficient options
The location was central. I easily walked to several attractions. the room was clean. I had no issues with cleanliness . the breakfast offered a sufficient start to the day. I found enough options to satisfy my needs.
the bathroom was small, it could be a challenge for taller guests.
