“The hotel's blend of colonial design with modern elements stands out, placing you steps from the Zócalo and other historical sites. I noticed the rooftop bar, which seems like the perfect spot for cocktails with a scenic view. satisfactory stay

central location main square historic building lively vibe rooftop bar restaurant noise loud music indifferent staff poor service first floor
i found the location very central. it was a short walk to the main square and cathedral. the hotel building is historic and has a lively vibe because of the two restaurants. i also enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area with great views of the rooftops.
i noticed quite a bit of noise from the restaurant. the music played from 8 am to 10 pm. the restaurant is on the ground floor and the rooms are on the first floor. i also found the staff at the reception to be indifferent.
