The staff ensured our room was ready early and were very cute. They offered useful advice on dining in the area and arranged transportation to the airport. The breakfast offered a great variety and quality each day. I was impressed with the recommendations for local experiences.
The street doors were locked, so entering required a code or assistance from the front desk after hours, which could be inconvenient.

really good gallery stay
superb service fresh breakfast calming atmosphere
the staff provided superb service and genuine engagement. breakfast was fresh, varied, and very tasty. the gallery-like furnishings created a calming atmosphere. our courtyard-facing room ensured quietness.
eating inside the hotel is not allowed. i was not even able to get takeout food and eat it in the lounge area. this felt more like an airbnb than a hotel.

the breakfast offered a good selection of items, including fresh fruit and pastries..
I found it quite inconvenient that eating or drinking food from outside the hotel was not allowed in the rooms or common areas. This felt more like a strict airbnb policy than a hotel service, limiting my options and overall comfort.

I checked into a fantastic room, a City Double or Twin Room. It was big and everything felt new and super clean. The staff were really on it, always ready to help with a huge smile. Breakfast each morning was a treat. A lot of yummy choices. Plus, I loved the hotel's central location. I could easily walk to all the best places.
I did notice the room had dark carpet, the room overall just felt dark.

The hotel has tram service stopping right outside, is convenient. The location is close to bars, restaurants and shops, its very easy to get around from here. There are also many attractions at walking distance.

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. they offered restaurant suggestions. the team stored our luggage after checkout, a kind gesture.
the room only had bedside lighting. overhead lighting would improve the ambiance. the dark carpet made it appear dreary.
