I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, being right downtown and close to the Hershey theme park, which is great for families. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the continental breakfast offering a variety of choices. However, there were multiple inconveniences, such as the absence of a shuttle service and issues with housekeeping, which took away from the overall enjoyment of my stay.
