convenient location useful supermarket good breakfast helpful staff
i found the location convenient with train stations nearby. a supermarket across the street was useful. the breakfast offered good variety. the staff was professional and helpful, providing clear explanations.
the check-in process seemed unnecessarily slow, with a noticeable delay before i was attended to, despite the absence of a queue.

the hotel provides convenient access to public transportation, with tram and sbahn stations located just a short distance away, this greatly simplifies travel to various parts of the area, it is quite helpful.

the room was notably spacious, i observed a good bathroom with a shower. a personal mini split ac unit controlled the temperature effectively, allowing comfortable adjustments , and ensuring a relaxed atmosphere.

the breakfast service starts early, before 7 am, and extends until 10 am. this accommodates various schedules. the staff worked efficiently in clearing tables and replenishing food items. it was professional.

excellent stay with easy access
easy process great breakfast clean room
I appreciated the easy check in process. the breakfast had lots of selection and the room was clean and well furnished. the room was also large and well laid out. the bathroom was nice and the shower was large and very clean. i found the bed quite comfortable. I had a good sleep.
My room location was not ideal, as i was very close to the lift and i could hear it going most of the night. it was a very small lift. It could only hold a maximum of three people.

the room was spacious, clean, and bright. i was happy to find a good number of sockets next to the bed and in the bathroom, very convenient for my devices. it was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily.

i found the breakfast very good and the service was well managed. the staff kept refilling the food as it finished and kept the tables clean throughout the meal time. i really appreciated their service.

The staff at reception were very helpful. They agreed to a late checkout. They also helped me find restaurants. I got a triple room, though I had booked a double room.
The hotel is a bit far from the center.

A Sweet Memory Forged
friendly staff nice location good coffee
The staff helped me change rooms after my first night, a kindness I won't forget. The location felt special, with a Kling Bakerei nearby. A gas station provided food even on Sunday. The breakfast was a lovely treat with a good choice of food and coffee.
I noticed people smoked right near the entrance. The smoke drifted inside.
