the location was really good. i had easy access to both the loop and the magnificent mile. the hotel provided complimentary water and coffee at all times.
The room did not warm up adequately. It was very cold.

broken tv remoteinconsistent housekeeping
The tv remote didn't work. The screen just displayed a 'no signal' message. i contacted the front desk, but no one came to fix it. also, housekeeping seemed inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the towels, and another day they didn't empty the trash. it seemed like a gamble each day whether the room would be properly cleaned.

the location was acceptable. i could easily walk to nearby shops (i did buy some souvenirs).
the rooms were not cleaned properly. the cleaning service came irregularly. i had to call them before 10 am, but even then, they sometimes didn't come.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was close to many attractions. the room featured a tv and soft pillows, nice. i also liked the water dispensers available on each floor. It's a convenient amenity.
i found the room curtain to be torn and dirty which was a slight letdown! i also requested luggage racks and extra towels, but these never arrived despite several follow-ups.

the LOCATION was very nice, like seriously amazing! I found the view from my room just gorgeous with everything sparkling in the distance. FREE coffee access round the clock made mornings so much better. Plus, the staff helped me with every question I had, which I thought was just great.
the ice machine seemed a tiny bit far from my room, just a small detail.

the hotel sits near major attractions, quick access. Several restaurants and shops were mere steps away, a HUGE advantage. i walked everywhere, as the hotel is SO well placed. everything I needed felt VERY close by.

the staff always helped with questions. I noticed they quickly addressed requests, WOW. Check-in was smooth, FAST, and super professional. they ALL greeted me cheerfully, EVEN better.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to Michigan Avenue and the surrounding area secure hotel. I also appreciated that the riverwalk, perfect for my daily runs, was just across from the building.
The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.
