unclean shower loud street

The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the shower. the minibar prices were not clearly displayed. also, the noise from the street was quite loud at night. It made sleeping difficult. i expected better soundproofing in a hotel of this supposed caliber. finally, the breakfast selection felt limited and not particularly fresh, especially the pastries.

I found the location very convenient, near many attractions! The staff offered excellent service, especially at breakfast. I really liked my spacious and clean room. I also noticed the hotel had a nice atmosphere.

The elevator was occasionally slow, but that's a MINOR issue.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries, various cheeses, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs. I saw it was restocked frequently. Coffee, tea, and juice options were readily available each morning. There was plenty of seating and high chairs for families.

The location was prime for exploring. It was walking distance to many points of interest. The staff, especially Romana, were helpful. I also found a convenient currency exchange directly in the hotel.
