I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helped us find a suitable room after our initial accommodations didn't work due to stairs and accessibility issues. The room we ended up with was spacious and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired, which was quite disappointing for a long stay. The breakfast wasn't satisfying either, as the selection felt limited and could have been cleaner.
