perfect location public library helpful staff
The hotel has a perfect location. It is across from the Boston Public Library. A subway is in the corner. The staff is very helpful, especially Lilie.
The room was cold. The hotel gave me a space heater.

The hotel IS close to the Public Library. Burberry Street is also nearby and easily accessible. The Green Line T stop offered convenient access to various parts of the city, I appreciated this.

i found the location convenient for exploring. the complimentary coffee and pastry each morning was a nice touch. the room was clean, though small, and the staff was helpful when i needed assistance.
my room lacked natural light, and it felt a bit dark even during the day.

small room inattentive staff
The location was excellent. I could walk to many attractions.
the room was quite small, i noticed. it was also rather dark, even during the day. i found the complimentary coffee and croissant to be very basic (it was ok, though). some of the staff just did not seem particularly attentive, it seemed.

lily from reception was great. she did more than was needed to. i hope she is taken care of there! the location was great as i walked everywhere from there. free morning coffee and pastries are a nice touch.
there was not a kettle in the room. no wardrobe space was worth talking about, a poor quality room.

the room included standard amenities. it did include a television with cable channels, but there was no smart tv. the bed has fresh linens, pillows, and a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep.
