Art and Design
Olympia Consul Del Mar is a 3-star hotel in Valencia's Camí Fondo district, with interiors inspired by the Pop Art movement. The hotel uses thematic and artistic décor in its communal spaces, which are set up for social interactions. Guests have free access to the gym, group classes, and the indoor pool.
Room Choices
Room choices include the Double Room with Terrace, Quadruple Room with two adults and two children, and a Small Double Room for solo travellers. Air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, and a flat-screen TV are provided in each room. The hotel also has an adapted room for reduced mobility, allergy-free rooms, and family rooms with bunk beds.
Services
The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, a tour desk, and a concierge service. Bicycle rental is available at the hotel, and private parking can be reserved before arrival because spaces are limited. The hotel accepts pets, offers trouser press and fax/photocopying services, and provides event support services.
Leisure
The heated indoor pool is open all year round, and the sauna is available until 22:00 for post-sightseeing relaxation. Guests can use the gym and join group classes at no extra charge. Swim caps and flip-flops are required for pool access and can be bought at the hotel.
Points of Interest
The hotel is in Camí Fondo, a 15-minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanogràfic aquarium. Amistat Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away, and Valencia's historic center is 3 km from the hotel. The Port of Valencia and the beach are 3 km away, and Valencia Airport is a 20-minute drive.
Highlights
Art: Pop Art-themed décor throughout the hotel
Wellness: Heated indoor pool and sauna open until 22:00
Rooms: Double Room with Terrace and Quadruple Room with bunk beds
Location: 15-minute walk to City of Arts and Sciences
Mobility: Adapted room for guests with reduced mobility
“I found the location quite convenient, offering easy access to the city's attractions and even the beach by bus, making spontaneous evening strolls and day trips straightforward. The rooms felt genuinely cozy and well-maintained, with a particular nod to the comfortable beds that promised a restful night. It's clear that even with ongoing renovations, the focus remains on guest comfort, especially with the heated pool and sauna providing a welcome respite.”
